How to use minimum reviewers and minimum approvals logic in a workflow?

During workflow creation, we define team tasks and respective assignees who would be reviewing the Artwork. In some instances, you may not need to obtain the review or approval from all the assignees in a team to expedite the process. For such use cases, we provide the functionality to limit the number of reviewer actions taken. Ergo, the approvals needed would be less than or equal to the reviewer count.

To enable this scenario, you may choose the team task -> edit button -> choose the number of reviewers/approvals from the dropdown menu.

Case 1: All Approvers + All Reviewers

The task would be completed only when each assignee has reviewed the artwork (by either rejecting or approving the artwork)

Case 2: One Approver + One Reviewer

The task would be completed when any one of the reviewers 'approves' or 'rejects' the artwork. To move the project into the next stage, one approval would be enough.

Case 3: All Approvers + One Reviewer

The task would be completed when one of the reviewers approves or rejects.

Since the number of approvals required is always less than or equal to the number of reviewers, the actual number of approvers would automatically become equal to the minimum number of reviewers, even though we selected 'All Assignees under Approvals required'. Let's see how it functions:

After being approved by one reviewer, the task has been completed. No need to wait for the approval of other assignees.
